In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be receiving WA State Unemployment benefits
• Be a dislocated worker
• Your work skills do not offer you good prospects for future employment
• The projected number of current and future openings for your precious job is declining
•  OR be a displaced homemaker and not employed
