Features

eChat

  • When you are working on an assignment outside of school hours, you can use the eChat feature which allows you to chat with a tutor in Math, Chemistry, Psychology, Physics, Statistics, Spanish, Writing, Microsoft Office, Web Development, and other subject areas.
  • If you have found a tutor you enjoy in eTutoring, you can check the schedule to see when they will be available again.
  • With eChat, there is a great "Audio" function, which will allow you to keep your hands free to work out your assignment as you are speaking with a tutor.

eQuestion

  • If you do not have time to eChat, you can always leave an eQuestion with any available tutor who will give you feedback. The next time you log on, you will have access to this feedback.
  • The eTutors will help you develop strategies to find answers or resolve problems on your own.
  • You should receive your answer within 24 hours, at the most.

eWriting Lab

  • You can submit your papers for feedback to the eWriting Lab.
  • Through the eWriting Lab, the eTutors will review a draft of your writing assignment. The eTutors will then return your draft with mark-ups and suggestions for improvement.
  • You can submit up to three drafts of a paper (a long as you revise the paper using the eTutor's suggestions.)
