Windows XP:
- Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes
- In the upper left corner of the Printers and Faxes window, click "Add a printer"
- Click Next
- Select "A network printer..." and click Next
- Select the second option “Connect to this printer (or to browse…)” and click Next
- You may want to do something else while you wait – this could take several minutes
- For staff or faculty printers, scroll down and double-click “WWCC-ALL”, which will expand a list of printers
- Double-click on the one you want (or single click and click Next)
- Choose whether or not you would like this as your default printer
- Click Finish
Windows 7:
- Click Start > Settings > Devices and Printers
- In the upper left corner of the Devices and Printers window, click “Add a printer”
- Click “Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer”
- If your printer is not listed in the results, click “The printer that I want isn’t listed” and click Next
- Select the second option “Connect to this printer (or to browse…)” and click Next
- Click “Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature” and click “Next”
- Scroll through the results in the lower section of the window, ensuring that the Location column also matches your printer
- Double-click on the desired printer (or single click and click OK)
- It will automatically install the printer
- Choose whether or not you would like this as your default printer
- If desired, click “Print a test page”
- Click Finish
