1. Apply for Admission

   Apply for Admission at WWCC.  Click here to apply online.

2. Complete and Submit FAFSA

   Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by going to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.

3. Complete WWCC's Financial Aid Information Form

   Complete a Financial Aid Information Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office. This form is available by clicking here:

4. Complete Any Additional Required Documentation

   If your FAFSA is federally selected for verification, you will be required to submit additional documentation to the Financial Aid Office including a verification worksheet, tax transcripts and W-2s.  We will request this documentation when we receive your FAFSA.

5. Award Notification

   Once you have been awarded funds, an Award Notification letter will be mailed to you.  You can also check the status of your financial aid by logging into the Financial Aid Portal at http://www.wwcc.edu/faportal.  For more information about our awarding timelines, click here for 2012-2013, click here for 2013-2014.

The residual funds from your financial aid award (after your award has been applied to outstanding tuition and fees) will be disbursed to your WWCC Higher One Warrior Card on the first day of the quarter enrolled. 

All students eligible for financial aid must comply with the Financial Aid Policies in order to continue eligibility for aid.  It is your responsibility as a student to be aware of all rules and regulations.
