Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference Winners!
Twenty three students from Walla Walla Community College travelled to San Antonio, Texas this month to compete in the Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference. These students competed in a variety of areas and came home with amazing accolades! The winners are:
Accounting for Professionals- Donna Schneidmiller WWCC-Walla Walla- 8th Place
Computer Concepts- John Fuller WWCC-Walla Walla- 2nd Place
Database Design & Applications- Alicia Snell WWCC-Walla Walla 1st Place
Impromptu Speaking- Machado Mijiga WWCC-Walla Walla 7th Place
Network Design- Julie Kammeyer, Ashley Morrison, Amanda Ralls WWCC-Clarkston 10th Place
Parliamentary Procedure- Carrie Morasch, Alicia Snell, LeAnne Walling, Angella Wilson WWCC-Walla Walla 10th Place
Strategic Analysis & Decision Making- Geri Jones, Ashley Morrison, Angel Wyatt WWCC-Clarkston 8th Place
Walla Walla Community College Walla Walla was also honored during opening ceremonies when National Phi Beta Lambda CEO/President Jean Buckley cited their work with Habitat for Humanity as an outstanding example of community service work by a PBL chapter. WWCC is so very proud of these students and their outstanding accomplishments nationally and locally.
