Uniform Medical Plan

Uniform Medical Plan is a preferred provider network.  That means that you can choose your own provider and you don't need to get a referral from UMP to see a specialist.  You will receive the highest level of benefit and pay the lowest amount out of your pocket if you see network providers.

Group Health Classic

The Classic plan for PEBB employees offers the lowest copayments and no annual deductible.   It's a great way to keep more in your pocket.  

• Group Health Classic Provider Search

Group Health Value

If you're concerned about monthly costs, the Value plan for PEBB employees has the lowest premium you can get.  Get all of the same valuable services as the Classic plan, while keeping more in your paychecks.  Group Health Value does have a deductible and the co-pays are a little higher.
