The Walla Walla Valley Early Learning Coalition understands that early childhood experiences play a crucial role in a child's success in school and in life. The ELC is taking action to improve the lives of children and families. The ELC has embarked on a multi-year effort to build an early learning system so that:

healthy and ready for school and for life.

The ELC mobilizes the community to support parents as their children's first teacher and improves access to high-quality early learning opportunities for all young children in the Walla Walla Valley. This site is designed to provide parents, child care providers, and community members with helpful information, documents, and links - acting as a guide to early learning resources available in the Walla Walla Valley.
