How to Apply for Worker Retraining


  1. Complete an Intake Application
  2. Schedule an appointment to meet with your Worker Retraining specialist to review your intake application.
  3. Submit copies of the following documents:
    • Driver's license
    • Social Security card
    • Proof of Income (if applicable)
    • Educational Plan
    • Other documents as requested.
